If you have purchased a single-site license for the Connect Drive Pro version, you cannot use the license on another site simultaneously. In this case, you must deactivate the license on the previous site before activating it on the new one.

This documentation will guide you step by step to successfully transfer the license from one site to another.

Note: A single-site license does not allow usage on multiple sites at the same time.

Follow the steps below carefully to transfer your Connect Drive Pro license from one site to another:

Step-1: Deactivate License

There are 2 ways you can deactivate the license. Either from the WordPress Dashboard (account page) or deactivate from the Freemius account.

Deactivate License from WordPress Dashboard (Account Page)

You can deactivate your Connect Drive Pro license directly from the WordPress dashboard, which is the easiest method. Follow the steps below to do this correctly:

• Access the backend of your WordPress website using your credentials.
• Locate and click on the “Google Drive” plugin in the WordPress dashboard.
• Within the Google Drive plugin, navigate to the “Account” section.
• Look for an option or button labeled “Deactivate License” and click on it. Your Connect Drive license will be deactivated.

Deactivate License from Freemius Dashboard

You can also deactivate the Connect Drive Pro license from your Freemius account page. Follow the steps below to complete this deactivation:

• Open your web browser and go to “Customer Area“ from the SoftLab website.
• Use your Freemius login details to log in to the Customer Area.
• Once logged in, find and click on the “Licenses” tab in your account.
• Locate the specific license you want to deactivate (Connect Drive) and click on the “Deactivate” button associated with it. Your Connect Drive license will be deactivated.

Step-2: Activate License to New Site

Once you have deactivated the license from your old website, you can activate it on the new one. Follow the steps below to activate the Connect Drive Pro license on your new website:

• Access the backend of your new WordPress website using your credentials.
• Install & Activate the Connect Drive plugin.
• Obtain the previous license key for the Google Drive plugin.
• Enter the License Key (you will be asked to enter it after installing the Connect Drive PRO version).

You can also activate the Connect Drive Pro version directly from the Plugins page. Follow the steps below:

• Go to Plugins in your WordPress dashboard.
• Click on Activate License next to the Connect Drive plugin.
• Enter your License Key in the provided field.
