Note: If we are unable to resolve any bugs or issues within 7 days of your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund within that same 7-day period.
Please note that we do not provide refunds after the 7-day period has expired. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.
We Realise Refund If…
- If our support team is unable to resolve any bug problems, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
- If the product you have purchased is not functioning as described in its details or has become defective after installation, we will replace or refund it.
- If we cannot resolve the issue you raised, we guarantee a full refund of your payment.
We Don’t Refund If…
- If you have decided to change your mind for no reason.
- If you find our product is not suitable for your need. We won’t allow refunds because we already provided a live demo trial with all PRO & FREE features.
- In case you discover that your hosting service fails to meet the WordPress requirements or refuses to update the PHP and MySQL versions, you may encounter certain issues.
- In case you are having issues due to 3rd party plugins.
- If you request a refund after 7 days, you won’t receive a successful refund.
