License and Use Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Connect Drive on your WordPress site:

• For your own internal business or personal use.
• In accordance with all the documentation we provide.
• As long as you comply with licensing conditions (e.g., one license per domain, if specified).

You may not:

• Rent, lease, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer any rights to Connect Drive.

Google Drive Integration and Third-Party Terms

Connect Drive integrates with Google Drive via Google’s APIs. By using Connect Drive to connect your Google Drive account, you acknowledge and agree that:

The product is provided “as is”, and we are not responsible for any damages or losses from improper use. Licenses and user accounts are non-transferable, and clients must purchase the product directly for proper support and license management.

Product Updates

Each purchase of Connect Drive includes free updates for one year from the date of purchase. While we do not guarantee that updates will continue indefinitely, we are committed to regularly improving the product, adding new features, and ensuring compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress. Our goal is to provide a reliable and up-to-date experience for all users throughout the supported period.

Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Connect Drive at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in unauthorized use, or caused harm to the product or other users.

Upon termination or suspension:

• Your license to use Connect Drive will immediately end.
• Access to updates, support, and connected services may be revoked.
• Any active user accounts are non-transferable and must be deactivated.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion. In such cases, an official announcement will be made 45–90 days before the product’s discontinuation. Lifetime license holders will continue to use the product during its active lifetime, but ongoing updates and support are subject to the product’s availability.
